Storage Cabinets

These double walled air insulated cabinets have been independently tested using the fire resistance criteria specified in "The Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002" and the supporting ACOP's, " guidance on Control and Mitigation Measures", "Fire Resisting Cupboards and Bins" and HSG51 " The Storage of Flammable Liquids in Containers" specifically the section headed "Storage Facilities".

The FIRE test was carried out using the conditions and criteria of BS476: Part 20 & 22 1987. at the conclusion or a 30 minute fire test the cabinets retained their structural integrity [resistance to the passage of the flame] and freedom from collapse. In addition to passing the test, the report stated that the sumps of the units were still liquid tight and that the doors could still be easily opened and closed by hand after cooling.

Both the cabinets and bins are manufactured from 20-guage seam welded steel and given a safety yellow powder coat paint finish with warning signs to current regulations.
The cabinets come complete with lockable doors, a liquid tight sump and height adjustable shelves. The bins have a lift up lid, which is secured by means of a hasp and staple system.

These cabinets are manufactured to American standards from 18 gauge welded steel. They are constructed with a 38mm insulating air gap between the inner and outer walls, have dual 50mm vents (flame arrestor protected) at high and low level, a built in earthing point and 3 point self latching, easy close doors (double key set with each cabinet).

The cabinets have adjustable feet to ensure they can be sited level and are given a durable powder coat paint finish. They are also covered by an exclusive 10 year manufacturer's warranty.

Available in four styles, these durable holders are designed to accommodate A4 sheets or an A4 folder. The tubular version (23305) is ideal for showing A4 sheets in the cab of a truck or van while model 23303 (A4 sheet holder) is designed for indoor use. All models come with double sided fixing tape for applications where you don't wnat to damage the area you are attaching them to and they all (apart from 23305) have pre-drilled fixing holes so you have the option to fit them more permanently .
